Earlier in the week, Dean had gotten a call from a storage facility regarding a locker that used to belong to Bobby Singer. Dean had hoped that someone there could empty the locker and ship it to the island.
But of course, Bobby had booby trapped the place. And the clerk Dean had paid to empty the place lost a finger.
So to avoid further complications and bloodshed, Dean took the Impala and headed to empty out the locker himself.
It was evening when he arrived and the storage locker itself looked unremarkable from outside but inside...
Two tripwires, a devil's trap and wardings that would keep angels and demons away. And there were even a few wardings that Dean had no idea what they did.
"Damn, Bobby. What are you keeping here?"
The first layer of stuff in boxes on the shelves were books. Lots of books. And copies of books. And apparently copies of copies of books. Hi. Glad to meet you. Bobby Singer. Paranoid bastard.
The next set of shelves was more interesting. Rare items. The weird stuff you needed when certain spells and rituals had to be cast. Very useful items.
But the last shelf is what made him pause. Curse boxes. Lots of them.
"Damn it."
Dean pulled out his phone and made a call.
And then carefully started to load up the Impala.
