Journal Entry: Dear Sam
Dear Sammy,
It's been over an entire month since my last letter. Probably because I'm both in limbo and still putting things together.
The vacation was not what I had planned. At all. There was a convention. Chuck's books still have a fandom and it just happened to be at the same resort the Astrophysicist and I went for vacation. And of course a case dropped in my lap while I was there. It was a vengeful spirit, a yoga instructor who was killed by a high roller guest.
So yes, while I did yoga on vacation, you is apparently evil. Never again.
But the other thing is... The girl who did the musical? She was there. And the Astrophysicist saw the show. I'm also thinking she bought all the books when I wasn't looking.
And so far it doesn't seem to bother her. Going to hell. Starting the apocalypse. None of it.
Then again she fell in love with a god, got possessed by a stone and was blipped off the planet for five years.
We all have our traumas that plague us. She's a much better person to look past my crap.
I don't know where that leaves us or where it's going. So for now: Limbo.
Over the weekend I went on another hunt. Only I ran into Krissy Chamber and her two buddies. They resolved the case before I could even get my trunk unpacked. And maybe that's a good thing.They're still a bit green. They were using Garth for backup but he's apparently stepped back after that thing with the eclipse. I gave them Bobby's old number for the phone I have for FBI backup.
Don't worry they don't know how I am.
Apparently this last weekend everyone turned into someone else. Glad I missed that weirdness. I've seen enough different versions of me. I'd rather I didn't relive it.
